Definition of Cabana

Cabana – is referred to as an “indigenous hut” and/or “recreational structure” as a hut, cabin or shelter. The word Cabana, comes from the Spanish word “Cabaña”, which means “Cabin”. I discovered Cabana on Google search and I am so very grateful that I did. I had been looking for some funky dining chairs and there was Calypso, absolutely perfect. Nathalie kindly sent me swatches, trusting me to send them back to her which I did and it enabled me to choose a zingy lime green leather - and wow do they look good. I received them on Tuesday (20th Dec 2022) and that was exactly when Cabana said I'd receive them. They arrived within the time window and were perfectly packed. I have to say it was a pleasure to deal with Cabana and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They know what they're doing and give great service and advice.Maggi Fox

I loved this shop. The most amazing items for the home. I fell in love with so many items. Lighting ,furniture, ornaments, cushions pictures . If you are looking for special items for your home this is the place to come. I highly recommend this place.

We love this shop and despite living 120 miles away always make a point of visiting whenever we find ourselves in Tavistock.We have previously purchased a couple of smaller pieces but more recently have taken delivery of six dining chairs which are fantastic. Nat & Elaine kept me informed on the progress of the order as the global issues elongated the production timeline a little bit. Although as soon as they got to them they were back on a truck and taking pride of place in our dining room in under 24 hours...With such great service we will of course be back.

I visited cabana interiors in aug 2020, the store was set up excellently for social distancing with hand sanitizer in store but most importantly the staff were friendly, welcoming (but not too over the top!) And helpful. Such a great range of interiors I went in for a birthday gift for a friend which I bought, but couldn’t help but get something for myself. Highly recommended store to visit! 🧐

When you walk into Cabana Interiors, it's like entering Aladdins Cave and wishing you had a bigger house to display all these treasures.My kneeling Buddha looks great in my garden as do several other small ones. Wish I had some space on my walls as the paintings are fabulous, all done by Nathalie, (the owner) who is very talented.

It's not just the selection of delightful home accessories it is the warmth of the surroundings and the professionalism of the staff!Items that are from around the world are available at competitive prices.The lighting is to die for and the items I have bought have created s lot of "neighbour envy"It you are in Tavistock it's a must visit.

We've visited this shop many times and love it! Our faux fur throw is so soft and cozy on our sofa and our exquisite mirror takes pride of place in our living room. The owners are always welcoming and very knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. Can't recommend enough.

Fabulous independent gem of a shop with so many wonderful quirky items at such reasonable prices, and lovely furniture and lighting too! We love our beautiful sculpture and the unusual tea light we bought as a birthday present was a great success. We'll certainly be back again!
